An original and tasty jam made of our summer honey from Hinton apiary and some tasty Greengages from the orchard next door. Yes! The plum trees were pollinated by our girls... 
The jam is made with full fruits and some wonderful honey.

All natural honey will crystallize, it's a mark of quality, if you like clear honey if it has crystallised, follow the instructions on the jars.
